Overview

We believe that education should be interactive through technology, mobility, and field expertise. Traditional teaching and training methodologies typically lack this combination, and many programs are missing the accountability or motivation that leads to permanent implementation. Through PEI interactive education—our certified Coaches impart their experience and help customers determine how to best apply what they are learning to their unique situation.

Process

Action Oriented:

With interactive program-specific curriculum as a framework, each experience is co-designed by the customers and the Coach to move the customers from knowing what to do—to actually doing it.

Curriculum Driven:

Each interactive program utilizes a specific curriculum designed around our partner’s intellectual property and adheres to the IACET standard.

Customer Focused:

The customer sets the agenda for accomplishment throughout the educational process. Our customers achieve outstanding results using the applied combination of these elements. Knowing what steps to take towards achieving a goal is only the beginning. Actually making the necessary changes—taking those steps—completes the process. It's the merging of knowing and doing that allows PEI interactive education to become the catalyst of lasting change in our customers’ lives. Customers are able to see their progress, not only through their carefully planned, tracked, and archived assignments, but through their personal sense of accomplishment.

PEI Coaches

Our Coaches average a minimum of 20 years of real life experience in the subject matters they are coaching. They also have brand/content specific certifications for their areas of expertise. The specific content they train on meets the rigorous standards of the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) of which PEI has been an authorized provider since 2001—over 15 years!

Interested in becoming a PEI Coaching partner?

We require:

  1. A minimum of 10 years experience in the specific area of coaching you are interested in.
  2. A current coaching certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF; www.CoachFederation.org); the International Association of Coaching (IAC; CertifiedCoach.org) or similar and/or a specific degree or experience that signifies competency.
  3. Certification in the PEI specific curriculum you've selected based on your areas of expertise.
  4. Minimum customer satisfaction scores of at least 3.5 out of 5 stars from your students based on their specific coaching experience with you.
